Venue deposits are non-refundable.
Guests may arrive 30 minutes before RENTAL time access Event Space.
4 Hour Minimum
The consumption of alcohol by minors is strictly prohibited.
Guests are allowed to add décor and furniture on-site. The request of such may be allowed with an additional fee.
No driving/parking on the grass except for designated parking lots/areas.
No vehicles may be left overnight
Venue rental times include setup and breakdown time. Music must end by 2:00 am to comply with Venue Sound Ordinances and in order to allow for clean-up and closure of the site by 1:00am.
All cleanup will be completed before your venue rental time expires. Additional time will be charged at $150 per hour billed by the hour. A $150 cleaning fee will be applied if cleanup is not done.
Bourbon Sizzler is open to the public on weekends. Closing time to the public is 2:00am on Saturday and 1am on Sundays.
No large flames or smoking on-site allowed. Smoking is allowed in designated areas only (Outside)
No confetti, Bird seed,- please no plastic confetti, stars and silk flower petals, no glitter!!!
ADDITIONAL CHARGES FOR EXCESSIVE VENUE MAINTENANCE: Guest shall be responsible for an assessed Excessive Venue Maintenance Fee. Fees will be assessed to the credit card on file or sent to zelle and a detailed invoice will be completed. Fees shall be determined by the addition of: Any outsourced professional service rates (i.e. commercial property cleaners/plumbers, painters, etc.), Hourly Deep Cleaning and the adjustment of returning the venue and all furniture and décor into its original state by our housekeeping staff at $50.00 an hour.
The Client is responsible for all guests attending the event.
Any damage or loss resulting from the event attendees will be billed to the reserving party.
Any intoxicated guests are the responsibility of the reserving party.
The reserving party will sign a liability waiver at least 30 days no later than 14-days prior to the event day.
The booking party cannot hold Bourbon Sizzler, LLC responsible for failure to provide the basic facilities and services due to emergencies, catastrophes, excessive weather or interruptions of public utilities.
Bourbon Sizzler, LLC. will allow you to reschedule if possible. If an Act of God were to occur preventing the event from taking place as scheduled, The Bourbon Sizzler, LLC will allow for the event to be rescheduled, pending availability, with no penalty.
Last minute cancellations due to inclement weather will not be considered for refunds.
