About Bayou City Event Center
The Bayou City Event Center offers the Grand Ballroom, Houston’s most impressive event space. Coming in at breathtaking 21,750 square feet, it is perfect for events needing to accommodate up to 2,500 attendees in a theater style setting, or 1,600 at round tables.
Our well-appointed event center accommodates any lunch meetings, dinners, educational workshops, seminars, trade shows, graduations, weddings, receptions, parties or any other special events. However, due to the size of our facility, we typically don’t host events with fewer than 450 guests on a Saturday night.
We are versatile: we can easily divide our large party space into the Cypress Ballroom and the Magnolia Ballroom. If more breakout space is required, the Magnolia Ballroom can actually be divided again to create two additional smaller ballroom areas. The Lakeview Ballroom and Outdoor Patio are also available to accommodate even more guests.
