Weddings start at noon on Friday and run until 12pm on Sunday for $5,250 and holiday weekends are $5,600. You can come and set up Friday, have a rehearsal dinner on site, and will be all set for Saturday. Then you can leave it all the way it is Saturday Night and come have a relaxed clean up or even gift opening on Sunday until 12pm. Your outdoor ceremony can be held on site for no extra cost and the maximum capacity is 450 people in the venue for dinner. Our venue package also comes with two handmade bars (one portable and one stationary), the tables and chairs for the reception, white chairs for the ceremony space, risers for the head table (seats up to 20 people), his and her handicap bathrooms, AC / Heat for year around weddings, a Bridal Suite (a 1,000 sq. ft. apartment) and a Groom's Den (a room with a small kitchen, bathroom, bed and ect..). Since we can’t guarantee beautiful weather for your wedding, we offer a beautiful indoor chapel option that is separate from the reception area for a $1,000. On beautiful nights, we have a lighted patio with two gazeboes, fire tables, outdoor furniture and an area for a bonfire, s'mores, and yard games. No matter what the weather is, we always have 2 attendants on staff to help with parking, keeping the bathrooms stocked as well as monitor the area!
We have three cabins, and 75 electrical and primitive campsites for you or guests to rent, but if you don't need the cabins and campsites you aren't required to book them. We also have several motels within 10 - 30 minutes from us.
We offer additional services that you can add if you wish. We have an In-house DJ (Outback Entertainment) that can provide ceremony music, sound production for live music, custom lighting for the event center, cocktail and dinner music and music for the dance, In-house (Weven) a free planning portal to keep you organized from Booking to Event Day, website and guest manager and much more, and we (Outback Ranch) offer tablecloths, decorations and hayrides. Since we do not have a kitchen on site, we do require you to organize your food arrangements whether they be through a caterer, food truck or you cook it yourself. We can also give you recommendations on local bar services or professional, licensed and insurance bartenders to serve your favorite adult beverages. These additional services are not required to use but are there as an option.....you can use whomever you like as a vendor.
