The Waters is nestled in Hot Springs National Park, Arkansas, The Waters is the perfect accommodation for your exploration of everything this beautiful area offers. A multimillion-dollar historic renovation of a revered building on Bathhouse Row has yielded a boutique hotel with vintage details and up-to-date comforts and amenities. Each of the 62 rooms is unique and true to the building’s history. They are filled with art and products from local artists and companies to further immerse guests in the flavor and charm of Hot Springs. The hotel features a full-service restaurant and a lounge, The Avenue, which offers southern artisan- style cuisine using locally sourced food. A small sundry shop and the Blushed Beauty Boutique are onsite to enhance your experience for the ultimate in convenience. For venues we have 4 different spaces. Whippoorwill room - A beautiful conference room that can be set up for meeting, lunches, as a bridal suite etc. It is equped with a large 55 inch TV including an HDMI cord that can reach up to the middle of the room. Can include up to 35 rolling chairs and has endless table set up options. The pricing is $500 per day. With an F&B minimum dependent on the number of people. The Avenue - Nestled on the ground floor with a window as big as a wall, The Avenue has the best people-watching seats on Central Avenue. It’s that view that gave The Avenue its name. The Avenue is a 700 square-foot L-shaped room with original brick forming one wall and a large window across the front. There are approximately 10 high tops with chairs in the Lounge & Bar area, and 20 to 30 tables in the restaurant area. For Groups smaller then 40 we have a private area that can be closed off with curtains in the back of the Avenue. This space rent out for $350 an hour with a 2hour minimum. Courtyard - This is an outdoor 3 tier garden area behind the hotel that backs up to Hot Springs National Park's West Mountain. A canopy of trees mixed with a variety of live flowers and plants make up this private and peaceful space. Only ceremonial music allowed in this area. The pricing for this is $100 an hour. The Rooftop - The rooftop has gorgeous views of some of the most historic buildings downtown, Hot Springs. No view in the area is like it. It has a large area in the front of the rooftop that is private for events. It can sit up to 65 for cocktail. The pricing for this area starts out at $1,000 per hour with an F&B minimum.
