The Venue at Hunting Creek offers two types of Birthday Party rentals. Covered porch only and IN the Venue. Option 1. Birthday Parties on the Covered Porch. This option is available 12 months a year. It can be rented anytime of year but the Porch is not heated or cooled. You will have access to the Kitchen for the cake and Ice cream along with our play ground. In the Summer, Birthday Party Covered Porch rentals includes the use of the Pool for party guests. These are available June 1st - August 31st. Birthday Party Rentals are 2.5 hours and should include your set-up, party, and tear down. Birthday Party rentals are available any day of the week, when the pool is open. Reservations are available at 11-1:30 pm, 2-4:30 pm or 5-7:30 pm. 12 adults and 12 children are allowed for parties on the porch. Included: (2) 8 foot banquet tables, 20 chairs, and use of the pool with lifeguard Decorations are welcome. No silly string, open flames (except birthday candles) or nails are allowed at the Venue. Option 2: Parties IN the Venue. These parties are inside a cooled and heated space. Up to 150 people can fit into to Venue. You have access to 11; 60"round tables, 2; 6ft rectangle tables and 8; 8ft rectangle tables. You can also use the covered side porch and have access to the play area. These parties are a minimum of 4 hours and the cost is $750. The four hours should include set up and tear down. For additional hours it is $150 per hour. A 25% Booking fee is required to book your event. The remaining balance is due before the day of the Birthday Party by Check, Cash, Money Order or Venmo or Cash App.

Friday rate is $2,500 Saturday includes the Venue for the entire day 9am - 12m. Saturday rate is $2,800 Sunday includes the Venue for the entire day 9am - 12m. Sunday rate is $1,900 All days include the following: Ability to bring in your own Catering, Decorations, Bartender and DJ Bridal Room with private entry and parking Groom’s Room with private entry and parking Kitchen with warming oven, refrigerator / freezer, chest freezer.
