Winter Package: $3800 plus catered meal Summer Package: $5600 plus catered meal Package Includes: Complete custom catering, tables set up for a buffet catered meal, table set up for cake, full property access (including the restaurant and event center) from 3pm on the day of your wedding until 11am the following morning, overnight rental of all 8 Bear Creek Lodge Cabins, ceremony locations beside Bear Creek Pond or on the bridge over Bear Creek, exclusive use of the Day Lodge and restaurant up to 3 hours

Package Include: Complete food tables, chafing dishes, service wear, and high quality disposable glasses, utensils, plates and napkins, adequate staff people to keep food items fresh and maintained, water for each guest, staff to provide cake slicing service if cake is purchased from Bear Creek Lodge Catering is buffet style only, there are no seated meal options. Minimum for catering orders are $560.
