The Brandywine Tent is an elegant, classic space for your event. Available for wedding receptions and other events, the tent is a structure capable of holding up to 300 of your guests comfortably. Following your cocktail hour, step into the spotlight as newlyweds as you enter the tent for your romantic reception. On warm days, the sides of the tentwill be opened, allowing you and your guests to have breath-taking views of the Manor and enjoy fresh air throughout the night. Reflecting your own personal sense of style, the ambiance for your reception is one-of-a-kind. This space features uplighting on the exterior posts of the tent, white Japanese lanterns, starlights over entire ceiling, as well as a colorsplash top in the color of your choice! We can do virtually any color! The uplighting creates a beautiful, unique look – both inside and outside of the tent! Allow the tent to reflect your vision for your wedding day. Unfortunately, the tent is not available during the winter months.

The Garden Terrace is the perfect place for your intimate wedding ceremony or smaller outdoor event. Nestled among gardens with a pergola on the left, rose gardens on the right, and gazebo at front, the Garden Terrace provides a colorful and romantic backdrop for your vows. You may choose to have the gazebo as your focal point, or you can marry in front of the natural landscape of the pergola.

Lakeview is arguably the most peaceful and tranquil setting on our property. Situated in front of the pond, Lakeview is complete with matching beautiful gardens on each side and an arbor under which to say “I do”. Beginning at the pergola and crossing over a beautiful footbridge, your processional gives both you and your guests plenty of time to take in the beauty and meaning of the moment.

The climate-controlled Manor Barn is available for all types of events – including ceremonies, receptions, cocktail hours, and social events! For wedding ceremonies, the barn provides breathtaking decor with beautiful chandeliers and twinkle lights throughout the top floor. Little decorating is necessary with its strong, wooden beams and hardwood floors. Complete with both heat and air conditioning, the Manor Barn is an ideal option for weddings throughout the year. The barn is comprised of multiple areas that can be used for any aspect of your event, with sit-down seating for up to 175 guests.

Features

Oak trees, known for their strength, surround this location, making it the perfect site for our couples to say “I do”. This circular location is surrounded by stones with a large pin oak tree front and center. Directly in front of the large oak is a flat rock on which brides and grooms can stand during the ceremony. Though guests will enter the ceremony through the meadow, the processional will begin from a different location. The bridal party will make their way to the footbridge in the Glen and walk through an “S” shaped curve into the Oak Grove. This enhances the intimate feeling of the location and keep the bride hidden until it’s her turn to make her way down the aisle.

The Glen is the perfect combination of unique and traditional. Surrounded by tall, majestic trees, The Glen provides the feel of an enchanted forest. You can decide between our two most popular ceremony options in the Glen or choose your own. The Glen Waterfall is a man-made, seven-foot waterfall, pulling its water from Lake Edie and creating a babbling brook that flows back to the pond. You can also choose to hold your ceremony at the Glen Gazebo, with its own rustic feel of being nestled in the woods. If neither of these appeal to you, you can choose any unique spot within the Glen for your ceremony.

The lower level also includes your ideal amenities! Modern mens’ and womens’ restrooms are available for your guests throughout the entirety of your event. We also offer matching bridal and grooms’ suites for use by the bridal party both prior to and during your wedding. The Bridal Room is complete with three way mirror, getting-ready area for bridesmaids, and sitting area! The Manor Barn is a truly unique atmosphere, perfect for your intimate event.
