The 60 foot deck on the water gives a creek side view of the wooded hillside, bedecked in season with mountain laurel & wild azaleas, along with sandy banks speckled with rocks and mica. Broadmouth Creek meanders through the acres and water cascades over the rocks providing a peaceful & tranquil setting. Overhead Italian string lighting give the deck on the water a festive sparkle in the evenings. It is equipped with multiple electrical outlets and a deck side water spigot with city water. Enjoy a bonfire on the creek bank on chilly evenings.
