Cancellation, No-Show, & Late Fee Policy – SIGNED BY SARAH, LLC. Cancellations made 48 hours or less before an appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee of $50. Cancellations made via email to sarahgerman16@gmail.com or by phone call or text to (305) 216-0173 sooner than 48 hours before an appointment will be processed without penalty. No-Shows during an appointment will be subject to a no-show fee of $50. Customers who are more than 15 minutes late to a signing or appointment will be subjected to a $50 late fee, and a $1 charge per minute after 15 minutes.
