Terms of Service Thank you for choosing Sip&Tea for your event! By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure smooth and professional service for all parties involved. Booking & Payment Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to officially secure your booking. The deposit must be paid at the time of booking. Balance Due: The remaining 50% balance is due no later than 3 business days before the event date. Failure to make the final payment may result in cancellation of services. Minimum Booking Time: All bookings are subject to a 4-hour minimum for staff service. Additional time will be billed accordingly. Post-Event Billing: Any time exceeding the 4-hour minimum will be billed at the agreed-upon hourly rate. The client will be invoiced for any additional hours after the event, based on the time staff leaves the event site. Cancellation Policy Cancellations: If the client cancels the event 2 days or less before the scheduled date, the client will incur a 100% cancellation fee. This means the total cost of the services will be charged to the client. Non-Refundable Deposit: The 50% deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances. Punctuality & Staff Arrivals Punctuality: Our staff is expected to arrive on time. However, if the staff is delayed by 30 minutes or more, we will reimburse the client for the amount of time lost due to the delay. Event End Time: The “end time” is considered the time when our staff leaves the event site, not when the event officially concludes. Please note that our staff will begin packing up at the agreed-upon time. Billing & Invoices Invoice Disputes: Any billing-related issues must be raised and discussed within 3 business days of the invoice date. After 3 business days, the invoice is considered final and payable. By booking with Sip&Tea, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
