Terms and Conditions Remember that Chile Limon Fusion is an open courtyard style Restaurante, any weather circumstances are external too our control. please keep that in mind when making you reservation. DEPOSIT/PAYMENT: A 50% deposit, or otherwise agreed to percentage or flat rate noted on the contract, of the estimated total is required to reserve our Private Dining Spaces or General Dining Room Tables. The balance of your Event is due upon completion of the event, all payments are subject to the Form of Payment requirements below. Deposits are non- refundable but can be saved for up to one year from the original event date. FORM OF PAYMENT: Credit card, personal check, business check, cash, wire transfer, or cashier’s check may be used for payment. If you are using a personal or company, check or wire transfer for the deposit or final payment, the check/wire transfer must be received at least ten (10) business days prior to your event date and cleared at least 3 days prior to your event date. If you are using a credit card, the credit card on file will be used to pay the remainder of the bill, if it is not paid by the host on-site; offsite events will be charged on the day of the event, with the credit card on file, prior to the execution. As used in this Catering Agreement, the term ‘business day’ means any day other than a Saturday, a Sunday, a state or federal holiday, or a day on which banking institutions in the State of Florida are authorized or obligated by law or executive order to close. CONFIRMATION OF EVENT: To confirm your event, and reserve the designated area please confirm your menu selections and event details by signing this Catering Agreement by the time specified. Please ensure all pages are completed, signed and returned in order to finalize your reservation. Once all required signed documents are received and processed, your event and space reservation will be confirmed by phone or email by your Sales Manager. *Your event is considered reserved, but not confirmed until we have received the signed agreement and cleared funds.*
