This was the perfect size venue for our 65 guests! We served heavy hors d'oeuvres and had a taco station along with the premium bar package. I recommend 336 DJ Johnnie Johnson for your DJ and photo booth services at this venue! My guests had a great time!

We were recently married at the clubhouse for a 50 guest wedding and reception and it was a beautiful day! The best thing about the clubhouse was that included a venue manager, food and the utensils, chair set up, champagne toast, and cake cutting service. There was also a huge bridal suite nearby that made pre-wedding events very fun! Taren Stallings was our manager and she did an INCREDIBLE job with coordination and setup- she also had a great personality that made everything so fun! She was always willing to answer any questions, have additional meetings, and even meet with outside vendors. While our wedding was small/mid size, they have areas for larger weddings as well. The facilities are well-kept and the staff are friendly. If you’re anything like my new husband and I, an all inclusive package saves a lot of hassle and confusion. We have no regrets with having our wedding there and we will always remember our day fondly.

My mom and I held my UNC class of 2022 Graduation party here and it was absolutely perfect. All of the staff were really helpful and made our vision come to life. All of our guests had nothing but nice things to say about the food, decorations, venue, and vibes! The outdoor opening of the Oakview room was probably my favorite touch, allowing for guests to mingle outside and inside and just really have all the room we needed. 10/10 would recommend!!

Thanks to Emery N. who helped with planning a great small wedding reception. Everything was beautiful, the food was great, and the staff were experts and warm. I highly recommend. We will certainly plan our future celebrations with them!

My son had his wedding luncheon at the club at twelve oaks this past weekend. Due to Covid the reception was cancelled so we needed to hold a much smaller celebration somewhere. Victoria Musselwhite was absolutely wonderful to work with in a very short time and made every detail happen seamlessly. She was positive and reassuring. The staff went above and beyond. The servers, the food, the set up, the take down all of it was absolutely perfect!!! Thank you for making a very unusual time in history be a moment to cherish forever. We will definitely return for other events. Victoria is a dream to work with. Thank you!!!
