10/10 would definitely recommend this venue to anybody and everybody! It was a pleasure working with Lacey. The event coordinator, she was very attentive and very knowledgeable. The venue was beautiful, the weather was amazing and the food and drinks were spectacular! All of our guests raved about the appetizers, how warm the meals were when they were served and how amazing all of the donuts and bars were at our dessert table.

I worked with Lacey throughout the process of wedding planning from finding this venue till the end. She was amazing to work with! She was always very responsive to allllll the emails I sent her and answered every single question I had in detail. She made the wedding planning process a lot easier. I’m a pretty type A person and like things a certain way and Lacey worked with me with ease. This venue is also GORGEOUS. It truly needed little decor because of how beautiful it naturally is. The food was 12/10 SO good. It actually tasted better than it did at the tasting. I had guests come up to me and say how good the food/dessert was- I wish we had time to eat more of it! It was nice the catering/beverage was all in-house - one less vendor to search for.

We organized a high school reunion held at Macatawa Golf Club in Holland. The venue location and room itself was spacious and well appointed. The food and beverage selections provided a wide variety to choose from. There were plenty of event staff to help us during the evening and everything went very well. I will plan to choose MGC for any future events. Highly recommend hosting your next event here.

We recently had our ceremony and reception at this stunning venue! Our sales manager, Lacey, was a dream to work with. She was very easy to contact, helped organize what information we needed and by when, and ran a very smooth final details meeting that left us feeling extremely at ease. Our day of events manager, Natalie, was also amazing to work with. She knew how everything was supposed to run and helped our day run so smoothly. The rest of the team did fantastic as well. They made sure our tables were all cleaned in a timely manner. Our friends and family could not stop raving about how fantastic the food was! We were super happy with how quickly they moved everyone through the buffet line, how warm the food stayed, and how well they kept it stocked.

Yes, I would consider this venue to be higher in price, but you really do get a great experience and top notch quality for the price!

I would recommend Macatawa legends to anyone hosting an event, including a wedding. We had the best time in the planning process and the night of because the staff and Lacey the event manager made the night so seamless and non-stressful. The venue is beautiful and the food is delicious to top it off.

We had a March Madness kick off party and rented the downstairs room with all 4 golf simulators. Everyone at the event loved playing the different fun golf games available and enjoyed the atmosphere. The staff was attentive and extremally friendly. Highly recommend the space for a fun event.

This was actually the second time this year we have used this venue for an event. We had our employee Christmas party at Macatawa Golf Club. The venue was beautiful, they provided whatever music we wanted and the staff was very accommodating. The staff introduced themselves and encouraged me to ask if I needed anything. We held our department's Christmas party in the Club Room at Macatawa Legends this year and it was fantastic. The room size was perfect for our group of 47. The round tables work great for conversation. The food was great and Lacey was terrific to work with setting up the event. We are hoping to reserve again for next year!

Wow! We had a bridal shower for my daughter at Red Rock/Macatawa Legends in the Club Room. It was perfect. Great food. They had wonderful service before the event and during and after. Would highly recommend for an event. We had 30 people and it never would have fit in our home.

We had a memorial luncheon in the club room at Macatawa Legends. The planner and staff worked hard to make this family event a success. The food was plentiful and delicious. (We had high expectations from our visits to Boatwerks - another restaurant in the group.) The staff was very helpful ( turned off the music for us so we could focus on conversation). The planning process went very well. Lacey helped us make good decisions and provided everything we needed for a comfortable, elegant event. There was a minor miscommunication about dessert, but Lacey and the kitchen staff went above and beyond to resolve the issue. And we had freshly baked cookies! If I ever plan another event, I will use Macatawa legends.
