Here are your options below for food and drinks. We're very flexible: Drinks 1. 3 Hour Open Bar • Our entire craft beer selection, mixed drinks (Tito’s and Jameson are included) and High Noon • $55/pp (this already includes gratuity) • ONE PAYMENT (Cash, Zelle or Venmo recommended to avoid a credit card fee). The easiest way is to have everyone in your group Venmo you or send you the money in advance. This makes it easier for all guests to avoid bottlenecking at the door and to avoid any delays into your allotted time slot. • NO DEPOSIT REQUIRED - you can pay in advance OR the day of - whichever is easiest for you ?? 1. Cash Bar • each person simply pays as they order and/or can start a tab at the bar or with one of the servers stationed with your group Food 1. Buffet Style trays (MOST COMMON) • Each tray is $200 plus tax and feeds 15-20 people. • anything on our menu (www.theshepnj.com) can be ordered as a tray and it's the same price. • you're able to mix and match trays. Example: 1 tray but half beef sliders and half chicken sliders. Or 1 tray with a combination of all the spring rolls, etc. 2. Family Style • you let us know things you'd like on the table for people to share and what time to put them out, and people can pick at whatever they'd like. 3. Normal Ordering • people can simply order as they please off the menu if they're hungry and if they're not hungry then they can just drink!
