Staffing Fee | $60 per hour

Saturday Rent Includes:
- 5 hours for your event
- 3 decorating hours the morning of event

A $400.00 non-refundable deposit is due 10 days after reserving a date.
Full payment is due a minimum of three weeks prior to the event. Cash and checks accepted. No debit or credit cards.
7% Sales Tax and 1% Food and Beverage tax will be collected. There is also a 18% service fee on the total of the invoice. A $500 holiday fee is added for events scheduled on New Years Eve/Day, Memorial Day Weekend, Labor Day Weekend, and the 4th of July.
The Hayloft provides all of the catering and beverages in the facility. All of our menus include a disposable plate, flatware, and a white dinner napkin.

The Hayloft is great both indoors and out for your wedding ceremony. Ceremonies are to start 30 minutes prior to the start of your reception
Indoor & Outdoor Ceremony | $775.00
- Access to the building for restrooms, changing and use of the grounds for picture taking, guest arrival, and your ceremony are included with the ceremony fee. This includes the preparing of the space after the ceremony in order to be ready for the reception. 144 chair maximum set-up is available inside.
Up to 150 chairs for outside use are available. You set them up and we will tear down and put away.
