Growing up in Altavilla Sicily, executive chef Maurizio LoBosco was surrounded by family and friends where the gathering always took place in the kitchen. “For Italians, cooking and dining is a social event,” says Maurizio.
It’s a true Italian dining experience with a menu offering a variety of dishes, extensive wine list and crafted cocktails. Dishes like Veal Saltimbocca, Rolled Stuffed Eggplant and Braised Beef Short Rib Ravioli are the household staple. With al fresco dining on a private garden patio in the summer, to private event rooms with accommodations for 20 to 200 guests.
