One-day reservation is $1200. Two-day reservation is $2500. Half day reservation is $500. Rentals include tables: 20 six foot rectangular, 60-inch round and 10 high-top cocktail. Also included: up to 200 padded chairs. Additional fees of $5 per Chiavari chairs, or $300 for 75. Renters are responsible for setting up, and removing tables and chairs. Rates may be reduced if tables and chairs are not used. Music is required to be done by 10 p.m. , building vacated by 11 p.m.

Terms and Conditions
A deposit of 50% is required at the time of submitting the signed Rental Agreement. The balance is required 30 days prior to the event. A credit card number is required to keep on file for damage up to $200. Damage over $200 is the responsibility of the renter. A clean up crew is available for a minimum fee of $200. The renter is responsible for returning the facility to its original state.
