6-Hour Event Rental Details
Event rates vary depending on whether your event is scheduled on a weekday or weekend. The Facility Fee serves as the base rental fee for an event with up to 60 guests and a rental duration of 6 hours or less. For each additional guest beyond 60, there is a $15 fee to cover the cost of extra equipment. The Facility Fee also includes staffing for the setup and cleanup of Ridgewood's equipment.
What’s Included in the Facility Fee:
- Venue Access: Use of the Ridgewood Event Center, the Pavilion tent (available May 1 to October 22), surrounding grounds, and your choice of ceremony sites.
- Seating: Comfortable wooden chairs with padded seats for the ceremony and reception (log benches provided for the River Ceremony Site).
- Tables: Buffet, cake, gift/greeter, DJ, and 5-foot banquet rounds.
- Linens: Tablecloths, table skirts, toppers, and linen napkins.
- Tableware: Designer-quality dinner plates, cake plates (or bowls if needed).
- Silverware: Dinner, salad, and cake forks, spoons, and knives.
- Glassware: Choice of two glass types per person (water, wine, or champagne).
- Setup and Cleanup: Labor to set up and clean up Ridgewood’s equipment and furnishings.
Consultation Services:
- One-hour initial consultation upon booking to develop a tentative event plan.
- Two-hour follow-up consultation to review the event plan and finalize paperwork (1-2 weeks prior to the event).

- A list of recommended vendors to help make your event planning seamless.

Reservation Deposit of $500 and a signed rental agreement are due within seven days of selecting and reserving an event date. This deposit will be refunded within 14 days after your event, less incidental charges.
The Facility Fee is due nine months prior to the event, or on booking the Ridgewood Event Center if booked within nine months of the event. It is possible to arrange payments to fit your budget and timeline. First payment is due 9 months out.
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled more than nine months prior: The Reservation Deposit is refundable, less a $250 cancellation fee. The Facility Fee that has been paid will be refunded in full.
If cancelled less than nine months prior: The Reservation Deposit is non-refundable. The Facility Fee less damages suffered by the Ridgewood Event Center will be refunded.
If enough notice is given and another event can be booked, there may be no damages, with little notice and no rebooking; the refundable portion of the facility fee may be around $500.
After the event is held, the Reservation Deposit ($500) will be applied to any additional charges and damages if any and the balance returned to the Renter within 10 days. If a final payment is due, the renter will be invoiced, and the final invoice will be due and payable in 10 days.

The Facility Fee also includes staffing for the setup and cleanup of Ridgewood's equipment.

For each additional guest beyond 150, there is a $15 fee to cover the cost of extra equipment. We can host up to a maximum of 200 guests. The Facility Fee also includes staffing for the setup and cleanup of Ridgewood's equipment.
