Thanks to generous endowments from the Robins family foundation, the meeting rooms are spacious, comfortable and well-equipped for any type of event you might want to hold. The Gardens are conveniently located, so no matter whether you are coming form north, south, east or west, you can get there with ease. And once inside the gates, there is ample parking and easy handicap access. In fact, Lewis Ginter Botanical Gardens probably has more senior citizen groups meeting there than any other, due to its friendly accommodations. They have an exclusive on-site catering agreement with Meriwether Godsey and the food is not just good – it's delicious. Plus, whenever a group has a meeting or event in the visitor's center, everyone attending gets free admission to the Gardens, which normally costs $11. And anyone who might be interested in getting some gardening tips can visit their education center and library, or speak to any of the employees, who can provide loads of information.
