Getting Started Package: $500
This is the perfect package for the DIY couple who has their vision in mind and the time to execute. This package includes 2 (1) hour meetings to provide you with the guidance needed to plan the wedding of your dreams. Should you need additional assistance feel free to upgrade your service at any time during your planning experience.
A Perfect Day- Wedding Day Management: starting at $2,500
This management service is designed for the couple who has completed all their wedding plans and wants a professional to execute these plans on their wedding day.
We tie up any loose ends so you will be at ease. We will conduct the ceremony and reception according to your plans and specifications so that your special day is flawless. On your wedding day, we will be your direct line of communication for family, the wedding party, guests, and vendors. Our team will communicate with and guide your vendors for set up according to your timeline. (20hrs- additional hours may be added at our hourly rate)
Consultation/Mentoring: $125 an hour
Today’s weddings are modern interpretations of age-old traditions, which range from the very traditional to very contemporary. Choose a design plan that you think will be romantic and fun. The décor should complement, not over-power.

RESERVATION, DEPOSIT & PAYMENT SCHEDULE:
Upon signature, the Planner reserves the time and date agreed upon, and will not make other reservations for that specific time and date. For this reason, the retainer of 35% package price is non-refundable, even if the event date is changed or event cancelled for ANY reason. The deposit is applied towards the total balance upon completion and submission of this Contract and reserves the date and time of the planner. In instances where the event date is within 90 days of the event the deposit may be greater. The Client understands and agrees no less than 30 days prior to the event Client agrees the additional remaining balance owed is due
CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS:
After initial consultation, Client will be given an invoice with pricing for planning services and a breakdown of additional items needed based on various factors such as additional staff needed. It is Client’s responsibility to check invoice for accuracy. Once a price has been agreed upon, client may not ask for a reduction in price. If additional services are required client may add these services no later than 90 days prior to event date to allow for sufficient planning. Any changes made within 60 days of the event date will incur a Rush fee to be determined and communicated with client. This fee will be added to your invoice and payable no later than 30 days of the event date. Should this change be added within 30 day the rush fee is due upon receipt of the invoice.
Any changes made to this agreement must be made in writing and signed by all parties. You may cancel this agreement, in writing, for any reason. Client will not change the date, time, or location of the event without first contacting and advising A Perfect Day Events, LLC of said change so as to determine if A Perfect Day Events, LLC is still available to provide services. An addendum with the revised date, time, and location will be prepared if A Perfect Day Events is available. If client does change the date, time, or location and A Perfect Day Events, LLC is unavailable to provide services, then they are released from all contract obligations, and shall in no way be held responsible or liable in any manner whatsoever for non-performance. Client also forfeits the full deposit fee and any payments made up to cancellation request. Should reservations be cancelled with 30 days or less remaining of event date, payment in full is required to avoid legal action. Payments made in full at time of retaining A Perfect Day Events, LLC services are forfeited in full if reservation is cancelled inside of 30 days of the event date.
