About The Main Event

The Main Event located at 125 S. Main Street is situated in the most center part of Hendersonville, making it the perfect gathering space for networking, parties, weddings and gatherings during annual festivals. Additionally, the venue offers all-inclusive packages and a la carte services, making the planning process seamless for clients. Corporate team building packages as well as non-profit packages are also available. The Main Event has a capacity of 300 guests. The front Marble Room is available to rent to smaller groups of up to 75 guests. Free tours are provided and encouraged so that clients can see the space in person and allow their vision to become reality.

My husband and I attended our niece’s birthday party at The Main Event in downtown Hendersonville. We were so impressed with the whole event. The kids and adults that attended the party had a beautifully decorated table for their lunch and a gorgeous balloon backdrop for some great photos of the birthday girl opening her gifts. While this was great, what impressed us the most was the huge space in the adjacent room. For her party she had a bull riding machine that she and her friends had a blast riding! So cool to have the entire event indoors without a worry about what the weather was doing outside. I would highly recommend The Main Event for your next party or event!

I can’t begin to tell you how perfect my wedding was at The Main Event! Brittany and Sara took the worst situation and spun it into gold! My fiancé and I had been scammed by a local chef. We were left without food, a venue, our deposit or a plan. Without hesitation, they stepped up to the challenge and delivered the best day we could have imagined! Their venue is gorgeous, the catering they recommended was delicious, their bartenders were top-notch. Brittany and Sara were there for us like family and never hesitated to respond to us or answer any questions we had. You truly could not choose a better team when planning your event. Not to mention the location in downtown Hendersonville is so cute! Our wedding day was everything I could have dreamed and more! I will forever be thankful for these kind ladies. When you choose to have your event at The Main Event in downtown Hendersonville, you’ll be so glad you did!

The Main Event handles every detail to the letter. The staff was great to work with and the cost was affordable. The building is beautiful! The children had a great time at the party. They even had a mechanical bull at the cowgirl themed party.
