We set up the tables and chairs for attendees, and the tables for food, gifts, candy bar, or guest speakers. We also have a podium for speakers and an overhead projector for slide shows.
If you need a dance floor, we set up the tables on the sides of the room so that people can dance in front of the stage.

Terms and Conditions
To book a party you must be over 18 and show a photo ID. The venue must be paid in full 30 days before the date of the party.
The music and party must end at 10:00 P.M.
All guests will eat and drink inside at the tables provided. No eating outside,
No guests shall be by the pool or any other rooms in the Seven Hills Members Club.
Guests will have full access to the restrooms.
Guests may be outside to smoke, vape, take pictures and talk on the phone.
The deposit is $500 and holds the date. If you decide to cancel the agreement, here are the terms: CANCELLATION by Renter-Valid if provided by SIGNED WRITTEN NOTICE ONLY.
a) Renter(s) may cancel this Agreement at any time up to 90 days to the Event Date by providing written notice of such election to the Members Club, all but $100 will be returned to the Renter(s).
b) If Renter(s) elects to cancel this agreement between 89 and 61 days prior to the Event Date, Renter(s) will be charged 50% of the Rental Cost and any expenses incurred in good faith by Owner in preparation for Renter's use of the Facility.
c) For cancellations 60 days or less to the Event Date, Renter(s) will be charged 100% of the Rental Costs and any expenses incurred by the Members Club.
