Clean-up of Facility completed by Staff (anything brought in by the client MUST be removed, including garbage). Kitchen clean-up $100
Use of the Banquet Room, Kitchen, Restrooms, and Parking Lot. The Entrance and Hallway are shared between the St. Thomas Room and the School House Room. You must rent both rooms to put personal items in the Entranceway.
Up to 20 - 60” round tables, 20 -8ft. banquet tables & 190 black banquet chairs. Renter to set-up/tear-down chairs.
When Can I Reserve This Hourly Rate? No earlier than 60 days before the event date (some exceptions for Sundays and weekdays - inquire)
Friday, Saturday, and Sunday 5-hour minimum; Monday – Thursday 4-hour minimum (3-hour minimum for meetings)
Set-up, decorating, the event, and clean-up must be completed within the time rented. ACCESS TIMING—SEE ABOVE.
The Hourly Pricing is not available for Weddings or Proms.
The Entrance for the St. Thomas & School House Room is shared. Items cannot be put in the entrance unless you rent both rooms.
Hourly Rate Access Timing (Friday, Saturday & Sunday):
You MUST choose a timeslot: 11am to 4pm OR 5pm to 10pm OR rent 8 hours.
If time goes into 2 time slots or between 4pm and 5pm, you must rent at least 8 hours.
You must pay for the exact per-hour timing. No additional time for set-up or clean-up unless paid for.
The ENTIRE VENUE must be rented if over 80 guests - NO EXCEPTIONS!

School House Room Hourly Rate:

Use of the Small Room, Restrooms, and shared Parking Lot. The entranceway and Hall are shared between the St. Thomas Room and the School House Room. You must rent both rooms to put personal items in the Entranceway.
When used as a get-ready space/cocktail lounge room, it includes a vanity, stools, and changing areas. It also includes cocktail tables, bar stools, a 4ft. table with black spandex linen, and lounge furniture.
When used as a Party Space, it includes up to 7 -8ft. banquet tables, 3 - 4ft. tables & gold chiavari OR black banquet chairs- ASK.
When Can I Reserve this Hourly Rate? No earlier than 45 days before the event (exceptions MAY be made for certain dates - ASK)
