1. Booking and Retainer: To reserve your family portrait session, a non-refundable retainer fee of 50% is required at the time of booking. This retainer guarantees your session date and time. The remaining balance is due one week before the scheduled session date. 2. Session Length and Overtime: Each session is booked at the hourly rate of $300. Should the session run over the booked time, additional time will be billed at the same hourly rate and will be included in the final invoice. 3. Travel Fee: Sessions within the Harrisburg area include travel at no extra charge. For locations outside a 30-mile radius, a travel fee will apply, which will be discussed and agreed upon before booking. 4. Cancellation and Rescheduling: Cancellations result in the forfeiture of the retainer fee. If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 72 hours in advance, and we will work with you to find an alternative date. Rescheduling within 72 hours of the session is subject to availability and may incur an additional fee. 5. Image Delivery: Edited images will be delivered within 2-3 weeks via an online gallery. The gallery allows you to view, download, and share high-resolution images. Each session includes a set number of professionally edited photos, with options to purchase additional edits if desired. 6. Usage Rights: Clients are granted personal use rights for all delivered images, allowing them to print, share, and display the photos for non-commercial purposes. Images may not be sold or used for advertising without written permission. 7. Photographer’s Right to Use Images: Unless otherwise specified, the photographer reserves the right to use images from the session in their portfolio and for promotional purposes. If you prefer your images remain private, please let us know in advance. 8. Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, illness, or other disruptions, every effort will be made to reschedule the session at a mutually convenient time. If rescheduling is not possible, any payments made, including the retainer, will be refunded in full. We look forward to capturing beautiful moments with your family! Travel Fees: Travel within Harrisburg and nearby areas is included. For events beyond a 30-mile radius, a travel fee may apply, which will be discussed during the booking process. 4. Image Delivery: Edited images will be delivered via an online gallery within 2-3 weeks after the event. Clients will receive a link for easy viewing, sharing, and downloading. Expedited processing is available upon request for an additional fee. 5. Client Usage: The client will have personal usage rights to all delivered images. Images may not be used commercially or sold to third parties without written consent. 6. Photographer’s Right to Use Images: Unless otherwise agreed, the photographer may use images from the event in their portfolio, website, and social media for promotional purposes. If a privacy request is made, the photographer agrees to withhold all images from public use. 7. Force Majeure: In the event of circumstances beyond the photographer’s control (e.g., illness, equipment failure, or adverse weather conditions), all efforts will be made to reschedule or provide a suitable replacement photographer. If neither option is feasible, the client will receive a full refund.

The remaining balance is due at least 48 hours before the session date. 2. Studio Rental Fee: The $150 rental fee applies to each session, covering up to one hour in the studio. For extended sessions, additional rental fees may apply. 3. Cancellation and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable. Rescheduling requests made with at least 48 hours’ notice will be accommodated based on studio availability. 4. Image Delivery: Edited images will be delivered within 2 weeks via a private online gallery. Each session includes a specified number of edited images, with the option to purchase additional edits if desired. 5. Usage Rights: Clients are granted personal or professional use rights for all delivered images (e.g., LinkedIn profiles, company websites). Images may not be sold or used for commercial advertising without prior written permission. 6. Studio Use and Etiquette: The studio space and equipment are provided for the agreed-upon session time only. Please arrive on time, as delays may impact the availability of the space. Any damages to the studio or equipment during the session will be the client’s responsibility. 7. Force Majeure: In the event of circumstances beyond our control (e.g., sudden illness, equipment malfunction, or studio unavailability), every effort will be made to reschedule the session.
