Terms and Conditions

- All bookings must be guaranteed with a credit card. - A $100 deposit is needed in to guarantee the meeting room date, $100 will be applied to your total balance. - Balance due must be paid in full before the start of the event. - No partial payments are allowed - No tables/chairs or any other type of equipment is allowed in the hotel premises without management approval - Nails, push pins or potential damaging fasteners are not allowed on walls or ceiling. - No confetti, glitter or potpourri is allowed in the meeting room. - No candles are allowed. - Customer Set-up is maximum 45 minutes before function; check out time must be on time otherwise a charge of additional $100 an hour will be applied and taken from deposit or charge to credit card on file - Meeting room accommodates maximum of 8 people respectively; capacity is not to be exceeded for any reason based upon local fire code. - Hotel reserves the right and privilege to cancel meeting room in the event of Force majeure.
