Contract requires you to meet the minimum of 75 guest for menu selections and a minimum of 3 dozen passed hors d'oeuvres per selection. Also, 65% of the total cost must be paid up front (No exceptions) and the remaining 35% balance must be paid in full 3 days before event date.
