PRICING:
- Our listed hourly rate is $75/hour
- Day rate is $400 for 8 hours
- 25% of the fee to hold the location, 25% upon arrival, and the remaining 50% upon wrapping
- Our security deposit is $150
- The rental space includes a 20% discount on all wardrobe rentals
- Modern, private unisex washroom & dressing room
- Use of large Kitchen with fridge, stove and microwave

HOUSE RULES
- The Renter must provide the Event Coordinator with the name and phone number of a designated on-site person to be contacted in the event of noise, alcohol violations or other issues
- Failure to comply with the finishing time will result in additional fees
- Do not handle the costumes without the assistance of a Theatrix employee
- No smoking or alcohol in the building
- Use of open flame of any kind is not permitted. Only battery-operated candles are acceptable
- Large cookers (barbecues, smokers) are not allowed
- An inspection of the premises will be conducted following your event. If the rental space and grounds are found in a clean and undamaged condition and all rules and regulations followed, the security deposit is refunded within 30 days
- Trash, recycling and compost must be separated and bagged as set out in the clean-up instruction list and taken to the designated areas at the end of the rental
