Space Use and Restrictions
Permitted Uses: The rented space may only be used for the event or activity described in the booking agreement. Any changes to the event type must be approved by management.
Decorations: The renter may decorate the space; however, no nails, screws, or other permanent fixtures may be used. Only tape or removable adhesives may be used for decorations.
Furniture and Equipment: The space includes basic furniture (tables and chairs) as outlined in the agreement. If additional furniture or equipment is required, it must be rented separately.
Setup and Breakdown: The renter is responsible for the setup and breakdown of the event within the reserved time frame. Any additional time needed will incur an overtime fee.

Reservation & Payment
Reservation: To reserve the space, a signed agreement and a deposit of 50% of the total rental fee are required at the time of booking. Reservations are confirmed only after the deposit is received.
Payment: The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event date. If the event is booked less than 7 days in advance, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit card, bank transfer, or checks. Cash payments are not accepted.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations by Renter: If the renter cancels the reservation:
More than 30 days prior to the event: A refund of 50% of the deposit is issued.
Less than 30 days prior to the event: No refund will be provided.
Cancellations by Us: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your reservation due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund, including any deposits paid.
Date Changes: The renter may request a change of date subject to availability. Date changes made within 14 days of the original event date will incur a fee of 25% of the rental fee.
