Full Service Events encompass every part of the event planning process. Love and Early Byrd will arrange all vendors including venue, catering, bar, entertainment, décor and more. Fees are charged at a percentage of services booked.

Standard Event Planning Services involve close collaboration with the client. In general, the client will have some involvement with the planning process and Love Byrd will serve as a resource and guide. Because the amount of involvement by Love Byrd will vary by client, the costs will be charged with an initial amount and then a percentage of services booked.

Love Byrd is available for Day of Coordination on site at your event. We will meet with you in advance to get a sense of your vision and then we are on site to ensure every element of your event is executed flawlessly.
