- Events with a guest count of over 50 guests, will be required to have an Assistant Coordinator Add-On.
- Add-On event Support Staff for setup and breakdown of event tables and chairs can be added to proposal for a starting rate of $400.
- Events 20 miles outside of the Portland metro area will be subject to travel fees.
Event Coordination/Planning includes:
A planning checklist
Venue walkthrough
Designing a venue floorplan
Event day timeline
Confirming all details with the appropriate vendors prior to the wedding
8 hours on-site with your coordinator
Coordinating and assisting with the setup of the event
Setup of event details such as: place cards, favors, etc.
Lead point of contact for all vendors
Assisting the event party and guests as needed

Cancellation Policy
If Client desires to cancel Services, reschedule Services, or if it becomes impossible for Vendor to render Services due to the fault of the Client or parties related to Client, Client shall provide notice to Vendor as soon as possible.
If Client reschedules Client’s event more than six (6) months before Client’s scheduled event date, as specified in this Client Agreement, and Coordinator is available on this new date, then Coordinator will apply any previous payments made by Client to Coordinator’s Pre-Event Services and Event Day Services on this new date. The parties shall amend this Client Agreement to account for this new event date.
If Client reschedules Client’s event less than six (6) months before Client’s scheduled event date, as specified in this Client Agreement, and Coordinator is available on this new date, then Coordinator will apply any previous payments made by Client to Coordinator’s Pre-Event Services and Event Day Services on this new date.
Method of Payment
Client may pay Coordinator by card, cash, personal check, PayPal, CashApp or Venmo.
Payment Schedule
A deposit of 50% is due at the time of booking. The remaining 50% is due 2 weeks prior to the event date.
The Partial Planning Package is designed to provide professional support and guidance while allowing couples to take an active role in their own planning. This package includes a range of services that are perfect for those who may have already accomplished some steps towards the big day, but still need additional assistance. With some expert advice, let's get started on crafting your most magical celebration yet!
