Our rental rates vary based on your needs, number of guests and date or dates needed. Saturday, peak season, rentals start at $2900 and includes access on Friday for set up, deliveries and rehearsal. Sunday rentals start at $2000 and our all-day rentals. 10am-10pm Peak season is March through June and September through November. Off season rentals are discounted. Ceremony only rental rates start at $700. Hours of access vary based on individual needs. We can accommodate 200 Plus or minus guest. Rental is for venue only and you may use any vendors of your choice. We are an outdoor venue with a 35×45 covered pavilion. Tents are allowed and can be provided by local rental companies. Tables and chairs can be provided for an additional fee. We have an indoor area for the wedding party with the den/bar area, two dressing rooms and a prep area for caterers. Event insurance is required Alcohol is allowed, bartender required.
