Terms and Conditions do apply. Additional Terms and Conditions can be updated at any time. Cancelation: "Event" must provide 72 hour notice of cancelation and deposit can be refunded or applied to another event If "performer" does not feel safe, "performer" has every right to cancel their portion of performance and deposit will be forfeited and "performer" will keep. Payment: "Performer" can and will receive payment in the form of cash and/or electronic payment. "Performer" will keep any "donations" or "tips". Deposit will be required at finalize booking, Final payment will be issued to "performer" at least 24 hours to event. If ay changes occur, it is up to "performer" to approve additional time or services, and payment will be due immediately. Equipment and Security: "Performer" can provide her own stage pole for performance. "Performer" must approve location for her "equipment" as it is a safety issue to the "performer" and event guest. "performer" must have time to set up "equipment" and test before event and must have time to breakdown and remove "equipment" Only the "performer" can touch "equipment" unless it is part of the "contract". If any tampering of "equipment" will terminate "contract" "Performer" will also have one or two people with her for "Security". "Security" will be assisting her with "equipment" as well as her protection if any situations may occur as well as her comfort. Contract: "event" and "performer" will both sign an agreement/ contract as part of the booking. Contract will have to be agreed on in order for "performer" to perform.
