On-site Event Coordinator to guide you through the planning process and day-of coordination
• Coordinator is available 8 hours on the day of wedding
• Provides information on overnight accommodations at the winery house or others, vendors, and transportation
• Prepares Bella Terra Vineyards estimates and assists with budgeting expenses
• Coordinates rehearsal dinner, if applicable
• Guides guests upon arrival
• Assists line-up of bridal party and advises of wedding day schedule
• Oversees vendors for the day-of setup and expedites details.
• Keeps wedding day on schedule and coordinates DJ, caterer, photographers, additional vendors and specialty services
• Cleanup of all decorations and storage in a bridal suite for the following day pickup
