Cancellation Policy We require a 30 day notice of cancellation from day of event. No refunds. (Having to fill a cancelled spot can limit appropriate time for another event) PAYMENTS Initial Consultation is FREE 50% Deposit required at time of booking. Balance due 30 days prior to event date. We handle the coordination of payments to all the service providers to eliminate stress and extra errands for you. Bar Services require a 50% deposit of your order at booking, invoiced for product used within the week following your event date. Balance due within 7 days of postmarked invoice. Payment methods accepted: CASH CHECK
