There is a $200.00 Ceremony Fee to have your wedding at Pere Marquette Lodge. Whether you decide to have your ceremony inside and in front of our fireplace (capacity 150) or outside on the lawn (unlimited capacity) is up to you, however we do not provide chairs for outdoor ceremonies. You would need to rent them from a chair vendor. You would be responsible for setting up and taking down those chairs. If you book your ceremony dreaming about an outdoor wedding, we also book the indoor ceremony location for you in case of inclement weather.
Every day of the year has a predetermined catering food & beverage minimum. This is the minimum that you must spend on catered food and beverages from us. We do not allow outside catering. Once you meet or exceed this minimum, the fee for the banquet space rental will be waived. This minimum is before sales tax, and gratuity.
For Example: For a Saturday in September, we have a $7,000.00 Food & Beverage Minimum. This means that when you sign the contract, you agree that you will at least spend $7,000.00. However, if you spend only $4,000 in food and beverage, then your banquet space rental would be $3,000 in order to equal the $7,000 minimum. The overall price of the reception will depend on the number of guests and the menu you choose.
Monthly food/beverage minimums:
Sundays in January, February, March = $1000.
Sundays in April May, June, July, August, September, November& December =$2000.
Weekdays in January, February, March = 1000.
Weekdays in April, May, June, July, August, September, November & December-$2000.
