Terms and Conditions
1. Reservation and Payment:
4 Hour rental is our minimum required booking (i.e. if your event is 2-3 hours, you must book for the 4 hour slot)
To secure a reservation, a non-refundable $200 deposit is required at the time of booking.
Full payment for the rental fee is due at least 3 weeks prior to the event date.
2. Cancellation and Refunds:
In the event of cancellation, the non-refundable deposit will not be returned. The renter will be allowed to re-book a later alternative date.
The Venue is unable to accommodate individual requests for refunds or exchanges due to personal reasons or scheduling conflicts.
In the event of any circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, the renter will be allowed to re-book a later alternative date.
3. Damage and Security Deposit:
A $200 security deposit is required for all rentals to cover any potential damages or additional expenses incurred during the event.
The security deposit will be refunded within 24-48 hours after the event, provided there are no damages or violations of the rental agreement.
