501(c) Non Profits/Schools/Community Groups: $100 for 2 hours, minimum. $25 each additional hour. Monday - Thursday.
MLCC Members receive 1 free hour with each 4 hour rental of the hall.

Cancelation Policy
A 50% refund will be offered if you cancel your reservation within at least 21 days notice to MLCC staff. Your booking will be nonrefundable if your reservation is canceled with less than 21 days notice of the date reserved.
Charles Jones Hall Rental Information:
*Rentals are not confirmed until payment is received and the contract is executed. Rental dates are booked on a first come-first serve basis. An inquiry does not “hold” any date.
*All rentals are in hour increments. This includes set up and take down time. Please consider this when booking your reservation. Renters are not allowed access to the hall before the start of their rental time and must exit the building by the end of their rental time.
*Payment is due in full at time of booking via credit card only. A credit card is held up to 48 hours after your event. If any additional fees or damages are assessed after your event, the appropriate fees will be charged to the credit card on file.

The Richardson Suite is available to rent for small seated meetings and gatherings only.

The Richardson Suite is often booked and utilized by brides and wedding parties to get ready for weddings booked at our Jones Hall. It is in the perfect location to "hide" until the ceremony begins and to start your entrance down the aisle!
note: This room is currently being slowly renovated to provide more comfort amenities to cater to these types of reservations. *The Suite cannot accommodate catered parties or functions serving food and drinks. However, small snacks and bottled beverages are allowed.
*Mens and Womens restrooms are available for use and located downstairs.
*MLCC offers Richardson Suite renters up to 25 chairs and four 8’ banquet tables. You may submit your tables and chairs request when booking the Suite. You may make table/chair changes up to 72 hours prior to your rental.
*The Richardson Suite is *not* handicap accessible.
