Heeter Entertainment accepts payment in the form of cash, debit/credit card, . A retainer in the amount of 50% of the package total will be required to lock in and hold the date. You, the client do hereby agree to pay the total contract amount for the entertainment services of Heeter Entertainment. Written cancellation of this agreement by the client, Heeter Entertainment will not be obligated to refund any monies This agreement is subject to accidents, epidemics, acts of god or any other legitimate condition beyond Company control. If such circumstance arise, all reasonable efforts will be made by Heeter Entertainment to find replacement entertainment at the agreed upon fees. Should Heeter Entertainment be unable to procure a replacement, the client will receive a full refund. In the event of overtime, each hour of overtime will be billed at the standard quoted rate. By signing our signatures below, both parties Heeter Entertainment and Client) agree to these contract terms and conditions. Heeter Entertainment will arrive 60 minutes prior to the agreed upon start time for setup. Heeter Entertainment requires a space of 10 by 10 feet. One 20 Amp outlets will be required to power company's equipment. In the event of rain or poor weather shelter is to be provided by the client/venue, If Heeter Entertainment provides shelter / tent a $100 surcharge will be charged for each shelter / tent.. Heeter Entertainment is not liable for any temporary interruption to services due to inadequate AC power or weather conditions. The first payment is a non-refundable retainer. At a minimum, Client agrees that the retainer fee fairly compensates Heeter Entertainment for committing to provide the Services and turning down other potential projects/clients. Cancellation, Rescheduling and No-Shows Cancellation, Rescheduling of Services or No-Show Client. If Client desires to cancel Services, reschedule Services, or if it becomes impossible for Heeter Entertainment to render Services due to the fault of the Client or parties related to Client, such as failure of the event to occur or failure of one or more essential parties to the event to show up in a timely manner, Client shall provide notice to Heeter Entertainment as soon as possible via the Notice provisions detailed in this Agreement. Heeter Entertainment has no obligation to attempt to re-book further Services to fill the void created by Client’s cancellation, rescheduling, no-show or if it becomes impossible for Vendor to provide the Services due to the fault of Client (or parties related to Client), and Company will not be obligated to refund any monies Client has previously paid towards the Total Cost. Client is not relieved of any payment obligations for cancelled Services, rescheduled Services, failing to show up for the event or should it become impossible for Heeter Entertainment to provide the services due to the fault of Client (or parties related to Client) unless the Parties otherwise agree in writing. For instance, if Heeter Entertainment is able to secure another, unrelated client for event date, then Heeter Entertainment may choose, at its sole discretion, to excuse all (or a portion of) Client's outstanding balance of the Total Cost.
