Pricing reflects a 6 hour wedding, including a waterfront ceremony and reception. Lower end pricing is for a weekday evening and the upper end pricing is the Saturday rate during peak season. All rental rates include the ceremony time, indoor tables and chairs for up to 150 guests at your reception, and an on-site Building Supervisor. It also includes setup and breakdown time. We do NOT have guest minimums and can accommodate up to 150 guests for a seated banquet/reception or up to 250 for a standing/cocktail reception.
