-access to extra-large parking and all wedding amenities
-access to wheelchair accessible guest restrooms outside and an elevator
-rental of 60" round tables (each sits 8 people), rectangle tables for caterers, chairs for the ceremony and reception
-rental of optional cross, signs, base decor and chandeliers for ceremony
-access for you DJ to the 24 inside/outside speakers system
-use of dumpster to take out trash after reception
-list of all local vendors: planners, officiants, caterers, florists, DJs/bands, photographers and everything you need for successful wedding.

Includes everything in Package 2 plus:
-two staff members on-site for at least 6 hours to set up tables, chairs, base decor and make sure everything flows
-assisting your guests on parking and with elevators
-our TABC certified bartender with host liquor insurance, cups and ice to serve soda, juices, beer and wine (you provide all drinks)
-setting up wind screens on both sides of covered reception area if the weather isn't perfect
-blocking beach area with signs so nobody park their cars in front of the property
-linens for tables and laundry of those linens after the event
-cleaning up outside area after your event

-wedding planning
-on-site wedding coordinator
