Includes everything in Package 2 plus: -two staff members on-site for at least 6 hours to set up tables, chairs, base decor and make sure everything flows -assisting your guests on parking and with elevators -our TABC certified bartender with host liquor insurance, cups and ice to serve soda, juices, beer and wine (you provide all drinks) -setting up wind screens on both sides of covered reception area if the weather isn't perfect -blocking beach area with signs so nobody park their cars in front of the property -linens for tables and laundry of those linens after the event -cleaning up outside area after your event
