Pre planning and post review meetings are billed by the hour for local and virtual meetings. In person meetings more than 20 miles from Gettysburg include driving time at 75% rate and billed by the 1/2 hour.

Audio recording providing a live stereo recording in digital format of your choice. Microphones will be high quality recording microphones determined by the event and location. Outdoor recordings will not occur in the rain. Areas more than 20 miles from Gettysburg will an incur a travel charge at $50 per hour billed by the 1/2 hour. Cancellations less than 7 days in advance are billed in full.
