Weekend rentals are from Friday 9:30am till Sunday noon. This allows ample time for setting up and breaking down for your weekend event. The tent and other rental equipment must be removed from property no later than 10am Monday morning. The rate does not change if you only use or rent the Park for part of the weekend. Refundable security deposit of $500.00 is due at time of reservation. 1/2 of rental fee (non-refundable) is due at time of reservation. Balance of rental fee is due 45 days prior to event. General Information: - The Maritime Park is rented by the weekend and does not include the tent. - The park is 146 ft. x 82 ft. - The cement slab is 48 ft. x 118 ft. and fits under large tent. - The attached boardwalk section is 48 ft. x 28 ft.
