The gorgeous historic Hamill House property offers 3 distinct areas for venue rental. The first floor of the Hamill House (up to 40 people), Hamill Park (up to 75 people) and Hamill Grounds (up to 200 people). Hamill Park and Hamill Grounds may be combined. The above pricing is for a 10 hour event. We also offer hourly rates (minimum 2 hours), and 4 hour blocks of time. We do not provide in-house catering but we welcome working with a vendor of your choice, i.e. caterer, food truck, pot luck etc. Rental items i.e. tent, plates, glasses, tables, chairs etc. are customized and an additional charge.
