Deposit & Cancellation Policy To secure your event booking, a deposit of 50% of the total estimated amount is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due at the end of the event. Cancellation Policy Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event: Eligible for a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made between 10 and 29 days before the event: Eligible for a 50% refund of the deposit. Cancellations made less than 10 days before the event: Deposit is non-refundable.
