In addition to exclusive use of The Brill House for Friday and Saturday, this package includes rental of The Bourbon Room, which is the smaller of the two additional venues on site. This space can host 50 guests for a lounge environment, seated meal or anything your imagination can create. The benefit of choosing this package is to have a separate event space for your party, while being just a few steps from a quaint bedroom for the evening.

With this package, you will have access to The Bordeaux Barn, as well as The Brill House for Friday and Saturday. The Bordeaux Barn is the largest venue on the property, capable of hosting up to 65 guests in our unique two story barn setting. Utilize this space how you wish to make your special occasion a night to remember.

This option offers The Brill House, as well as both the Bordeaux Barn and Bourbon Room to host your special event or private party for Friday and Saturday. This package allows the guests a chance to mingle between each space, perhaps dinner in one barn and dancing in another, or a Jack and Jill party, each with their own theme and set up.
