A refundable deposit of $500.00 is due when the contract is executed. 50% of the rental would be due 60-days after the contract is turned definite and the balance 90-days before the event start date.
The venue does include the initial clean-up and set-up of the provided interior chairs & tables, 10-consecutive hours to include move-in, set-up, event festivities, clean-up and move-out. Additional hours would be available for $75.00 each.
With any of our venues you are available to bring in your own food & beverage, certified bartender, staffing, linens, event décor etc. We provide the historic location, and you determine your event budget.
