We are not another business, like a farm, a country club, or historic site that also does events occasionally. Special events ARE our business. When Chef Christopher started his own catering company in 2002 it was all about the food! He immediately knew he wanted to own his own event venue and in 2011, EPIC Event Centre opened. Now it's all about every little detail! Chef Christopher's wife, Brenda quickly fell in love with being an entrepreneur and stopped nursing to become the CEO of the company. Their 4 kids were raised in the business working in every aspect. Two sons are now starting to take over the kitchen and one son is in sales and operations. While running a family business was not the original intention it just happened naturally. Their boys have grown up with a great appreciation for pleasing guests with amazing food, an amazing venue, and producing truly EPIC events. But "the family" doesn't stop with just the Newton's. All our team members quickly become family! We tend to attract very passionate and detail oriented staff members that's #1 goal is to meet and exceed your expectations. We all love what we do and it shows.

All Ballrooms are entered through EPIC's 15,000 sq ft Courtyard. The space is plenty large enough to also be utilized as event space. The Courtyard features a large Pavilion that can easily seat 150 under it's roof, a Rock Water Feature and an Iron Gazebo. This area is also the "smoking area" conveniently located for all guests. To reserve the Courtyard you must also reserve a Ballroom. This is to insure that you have a plan "B" in case of bad weather.

Our largest ballroom with 8,101 sq feet of climate controlled space and a max capacity of 500 people. This room features a fireplace and a slightly raised area that is great for a dance floor. It also has a bar built out of whiskey barrels that can also be utilized for your drink station if you do not wish to serve alcohol at your event. Drapery and lighting features also adorn this ballroom at no additional charge.

The medium size Ballroom with 4,130 sq ft of climate controlled space and a max capacity of 250 guests. This room features a 20 foot lighted Tree! It also has a bar/drink station made from whiskey barrels, drapery and, other light features that are offered at no additional cost.

I had a retirement party here for my husband! It was the best experience you could ever ask for. Everything was perfect. Tables were like they were supposed to be. Food was absolutely DELICIOUS!!! Desserts were out of this world!!! The cost was very reasonable. I would use them for all my events.
