Copper Canyon Grill does not require a rental fee for the use of the private dining facility. A food and beverage minimum is required based on the time and day of the week. All food, alcoholic, and non-alcoholic beverages are ordered a la carte and accumulate toward the required minimum. A final check will be split a maximum of four ways.
