For small parties Kanapaha Botanical Gardens offers a 3-hour minimum party rental package at $375 + tax, plus a $200 refundable damage deposit. The rental includes a standard set up of tables and chairs in the Conference Room at a maximum of 30 guests. The earliest rental time may start at noon with the option to rent for 1 additional hour only at $125 + tax. Reservations can only be made in the Conference Room and within 3 months of the your rental date with a $100 non-refundable deposit to secure your reservation.

If your event occurs within 3 months of the date of your reservation, you have the option to rent Saturday or Sunday at the weekend rate (minimum of 5 hours).
Additionally, you may choose to rent for only 11 hours (reduced from 14 normal weekend events) and receive one outdoor location, one indoor reception, and use of the kitchen.
