Our latest addition, two vintage chandeliers positioned at each end of the barn, have been a huge hit with our brides! So whether you choose to use it for for your rehearsal dinner, reception, or even your ceremony, it’s certain to create an event to be remembered for a lifetime!

By far the most popular spot on the property for ceremonies is our grove of vintage apple trees. It truly is the perfect location for a late afternoon or sunset service. The low, gracefully arching limbs creates a natural arch that seems to envelope the couple. Dappled afternoon sunlight through the trees also creates a dreamy, almost ethereal effect that is simply stunning in person and in photographs. The latest addition to J&D farms is The Stables~ Completed on April 1st 2017, this structure was created of reclaimed materials and features a whitewashed interior using time tested, old world techniques to give it an rustic charm with a clean, modern farm feel. It is included with every rental at the farm and can provide seating for up to 220. By utilizing this space you can eliminate the need for a tent in the event of rain on your special day. Features include 2,600 sq feet of heated and cooled space, two vintage chandeliers and stable lanterns, reclaimed 120 year old farm house windows, wide plank barn wood floor, Groom’s lounge with satellite cable, private restroom and bluetooth audio system. The Stables is located adjacent to our original barn, so it can be utilized in a variety of ways, such as a reception, rehearsal dinner and of course...as ceremony location!!!
